Caelem Ruins is a location in Elden Ring. Caelem Ruins is located in Caelid. Players can reach it by following the road from Caelid at the western end of the region, near the telescope.

In the Caelem ruins, you'll find 2 bosss that can be a real pain in the ass.

My advice is not to do them on horseback, otherwise if you fall, you will die.

Further information on the Caelem ruins

These ruins are filled with putrid corpses on fire that move toward targets and explode like kamikaze attackers. Several maneuverable flamethrowers also roam the ruins. They are incredibly dangerous and must be fought on horseback in order to more easily dodge their fire.

You can target the operators behind the flamethrowers, who are easier to kill than the flamethrowers themselves. Getting rid of the operators also gets rid of the flamethrowers.

On the east side of the ruins, near the pair of maneuverable flamethrowers, you will find a series of stairs leading underground to the boss battle with the pair of crazy pumpkin heads. Defeating these two will earn you 6,300 runes and grant you access to the treasure room at the back, where you will find a chest containing Visage's shield.
