Hello @marina hani
I've been having the same problem for several weeks now. I thought it would come back, but no...
When I click on the button to get the free ones, most of them generate an error message in the game, like "This prize cannot be obtained" (which is different from the message that says you've already got the prize).
Hello,
There may be several reasons why you get these kinds of messages when clicking on the link. It could be because the link has already been used once per account, the game is running in the background instead of open, the device doesn't detect the app installation, the link is obsolete.
Please check the following points:
1. Single use of the link :
Reward links can only be claimed once per account.
2. Open game in background :
Make sure Monopoly GO is already open in the background on your device.
3. Installing the application :
The link must be clicked from a device with the Monopoly GO application installed to trigger the opening of the game.
4. Obsolete link :
Links have a limited validity period. Also, check the date on your device or your time zone.
