As a new student at Hogwarts, you are accompanied by Professor Fig, who advises you to concentrate on your studies in order to catch up with your fellow fifth-years. However, you are soon confronted with events that lead you to explore the many secrets of the Hogwarts world.
To reveal them all, you will need to progress through the story and access the various areas of the castle that are off-limits to you, such as the principal's office. Here are the steps to follow: reach the highest point of the castle !

How do I get to the principal's office in Hogwarts Legacy: the highest point in the castle?
As many already know, the highest point in the castle is none other than the headmaster's office. So, if you want to reach the highest point in Hogwarts Legacy, this is where you need to go! But how?
Most of the doors inside Hogwarts School are locked, and you won't be able to discover the secrets hidden behind them until you have progressed in the main story the game and unlocking spell, Alohomora from level 3.
To obtain the means to cast this spell, you must complete the quest : The concierge's lunar complaintgiven by concierge Gladwin Moon. You will then be able to open Level 1 locks, but you will need to open a level 3 lock to enter the director's office and obtain the trophy and achievement: A breathtaking view.
For unlocking Level 3 locks:
- You must first complete the side quest The Man Behind the Moons, which can be obtained by speaking with Mr. Moon.
- To fill it, you need to collect 25 Demiguise moons (9 to unlock level 2 locks and 16 to unlock level 3 locks).
Hogwarts Legacy director's office: How to get there?
Once you've unlocked the Level 3 locks, you can start searching for the highest point of Hogwarts Castle, the principal's office.
You may get lost if you don't pay attention to your surroundings, given the vastness of Hogwarts, but the route to the headmaster's office is fairly straightforward. To get there, you have two options:
Flying :
The easiest way to get there is touse a broom and of fly towards itYou will learn to fly as you progress through the main story and complete the first flying lesson. Once you have completed the lesson, you can return to Hogsmeade and purchase a broomstick from Spintwitch's Sporting Needs.
To fly to the director's office, go to the top of the Grande Tour and land on the balcony, where the locked door providing access to it is located.
Walk the path:
If you opt for this second approach, you will have to walk to the top of the grand staircase to reach the director's office. But before you can reach the top, you must first complete the main story quest: The Polyjuice Plot. As long as you can open level 3 locks with Alohomora, you can continue into the trophy room.
Then, leaving the trophy room and turning left, you'll come to a level 2 locked door, behind which is the door to the manager's office.
Once these two doors unlocked, you can enter the director's office, and obtain the trophy and success : A breathtaking view.
