Amit Thakkar (voiced by Asif Ali) is one of the companions you can go on adventures with during your stay at Hogwarts Legacy. He is a student in Ravenclaw House and can become a friend during your studies.
Amit has high aspirations for his first memoir and hopes to become a recognized wizarding historian. He's exceptionally bright and red-haired, loves star gazing, and always seems to have the best telescope available. Amit is always ready to lend a helping hand to a comrade in need, but once he's in the middle of things, he often realizes he would have been better off reading or writing about the experience.
Unlike other companions, Amit only has two quests available, both of which are main quests. Completing the astronomy class quest is essential for unlocking astronomy tables, which can be found in the Highlands to obtain rewards.
