Here's how to get it, step by step:
- In front of the door, search the body right next to it and read the page it gives you: you'll get a map of the area around the academy.
- Head to the nearest dock, then walk north along the west shore of the lake.
- Look for the northwest shore: the dragon Glintstone Dragon Smarag It's circling the body—you can't miss it.
- Ride up on horseback with Torrent, head over to the corpse, grab the key to the academy's main gate, and flee south without engaging in combat. The dragon won't chase you far outside its territory.

- If you're standing in front of the main door with the key in your hand and it won't open, step back one meter and try again: this is a known bug.
