New merger RSL, February 09, 2023 Oella

On Thursday, February 09, we plan to launch a fusion event for a new champion – Oella.

Faction – Silvan Guards
Rarity – Legendary
Type – Support
Affinity – Magic

Oella will be an ideal Champion to clean up PvE content, especially the Iron Twins Fort and Hydra.
She places the VIT Reduction debuff with a chance of 100% when booked and helps keep your team alive, healing them with her Q2 and Passive Skill.
Additionally, Oella has the Res Increase buff in her skill set, which will be useful to avoid the Iron Twins' Iron Mark debuff. And again, Oella's Passive Skill will be extremely useful when dealing with the Iron Twins, as it allows her to heal allies after the Boss attacks.
Synergy with another Champion – Shell Ultan – eliminates the need for Precision for Oella's A1.
On top of that, she Increases the RES of Allies in Dungeons by 75 with her Aura.

FLY

Attack 1 enemy. Has 80 % chance to place a debuff of [VIT Reduction] of 30 % for 2 turns. It is impossible to resist this debuff if Shell Ultan is on the same team.

Heals all allies by 30 % of their MAX HP.
Increases the duration of all ally buffs by 1 turn.

• Lvl. 3 Heals +10 %
• Lvl. 4 Heals +10 %
• Lvl. 5 Cooldown -1

MORPHOSE | CD = 6 LAPS

Fills the Turn Meter of all allies with 30 %.
Also places a buff [RES Increase] 50 TP27T on all allies for 2 turns.

FREE [P]

As soon as an ally loses 15 % or more of their MAX HP with a single hit, places a buff [Continuing Care] 15 TP30T on this ally for 1 turn. Place a buff [Continuing Care] of 15 TP30T on this ally for 2 turns and activates it instantly if Shell Ultan is on the same team.
Only occurs once on an ally per turn.

Alucare review:

A cool fusion, good support (see his stats) and see who Ultan is.

Very useful at the start of the game and then in the endgame in the PVE (especially iron twin). But will have to see his stats before judging completely. And like all fusions, you have to have the resources + the time.
