Why reopen the gym?
The gym "From Your Hideout" is one of the most useful modules in the Game. It gives you access to workouts in between raids, which directly improves your character's skills.
The two skills you've been working on have a real impact on your raids :
- Force : Increases your carrying capacity, the power of your melee attacks, and your movement speed.
- Endurance : increases your stamina and lets you sprint longer without getting out of breath.
Reach the level elite These skills also reduce the negative effects such as fatigue and improves regeneration in combat. The room is therefore a long-term investment that will give you a real advantage over others players.
What is "La Planque" in Escape from Tarkov ?
The hideout is your personal base in Tarkov. It's a space that you gradually improve between the raids by building modules there.
Each module unlocks bonus : making objects, regeneration health, management of the’energy and the’hydration, and much more. The gym is one of these modules, accessible only by breaking the damaged wall.
Part 1: Breaking Down the Wall with a Hammer
The first step is the easiest. You only need one item to take down the wall.
- Mass Fierce Blow (Fierce Blow Sledgehammer) : the hammer which is used to cut down the wall.
Where to Find the Hammer Fierce Blow ?
The mass Fierce Blow amounts to raid, particularly in the wooden crates spread across the cards of Tarkov. You can also buy it directly at the flea market in exchange for rubles if you don't find not in raid. This is often the quickest solution.

Part 3: Creating the sports corner
This third phase involves the development of the sports corner of your hideout and prepares the’access to the gym. This is the phase that requires the most equipment.

Once the module has been built, the gym is finally available from your hideout. That's the real point of this whole project: to train your Force and your Endurance directly from your hiding place, without leaving again raid.
