This page is intended to help newcomers, and to list all the cards in the Escape From Tarkov set for your convenience. We've written a guide giving the Top 10 tips to master this game. I'm presenting the cards in the order I believe the game and missions progress. For further guidance, I'll also be adding the respective features of different zones in the game!
On the other hand, don't hesitate to tell me your preferred order in the comments if you'd like to give newcomers a little more guidance, and why.

Always have this page on another screen:
- The aim is to quickly learn the exits and your spawn so you can find your way around the map. The sooner you learn all this, the sooner you'll be able to walk around the map, knowing it by heart. I invite you to make a game offline to find your way around, or with your SCAV (not the same outings, though).
Watch Streamers play:
- Watching allows you to see how others can move around the map. And often full of little Tips, on each map I'll try to name 1-2 streamers I know who often make these maps and who really know them by heart, so don't hesitate to check them out and support them for their content!

Customs card
Customs is the most important card of the game, especially when you're a beginner, you need to learn it quickly by heart.
In this video, we'll take a look at the entire Customs map, the spawns (which is ultra important to see), the exits and how to find your way around the map.

Street of Tarkov map
New map released end of September 2024. This is a metropolis zone, where you'll find a shopping mall, hotels and abandoned cars. The city center and streets of Tarkov are also home to banks, hotels and much more.
I put 2 of which the map in French and the map in English.
Factory card
Map played a lot by Le Moadib.
The Factory card is a small card, but with many places (line to take) quite hot when it comes to PVP. There's a boss racing you with its big mass, so watch out!
Woods card
Woods is a huge map with lots of trees. It can be quite quiet especially if you don't run and listen, to make the caches, it's really good. There are hot spots for PVP and above all a lot of players who rush the sawmill to kill the boss, but watch out for the Snipers who will try their kill at 100 meters!
You need to get there fairly quickly for your quests.
Interchange card
A map with many lots, of the covers outside that you can do them all in one game. And a boss killa that can now be found almost everywhere!
Shoreline map
Swid and Skido's favorite map!
You need to go there for quests (especially scav and player kills). In the center with the SPA, there's a lot of PVP and you need quite a few keys to open everything.
Watch out for the Sniper, a map with a lot of good players I think.
Otherwise it's quite easy to learnJust the SPA, where it's easy to get lost at first. On the map, you'll notice that :
- There is a new zone;
- Many concrete palisades have been replaced by minefields and snipers.
- Toolboxes can be ideal for your hiding place in this area.
Reserve card (Military Base)
The Khoya's favorite card. Quite a complex map with Raiders that can kill you too quickly. The underground is complex when you're just starting out. Quite a few quests requiring you to move around the map.
Lighthouse card
The new EFT card. I really like it complex at first if you're alone. Then, after ten or so games, you have to tell yourself that she's just right for the long haul.
It's also vast, with an industrial park. In 2024, a new boss, Zryachiy, appeared, and the map is full of mines, difficult open spaces.
On the other hand, watch out for the Rogues, who are pretty hot but easy to kill from a distance. There are good champions who farm them like never before!
The Lab card (Laboratory)
The favorite map of “Le Moadib”.
It's necessary pay to enter on this map via a Lab card (you can buy it at the Toubib, or drop it on scavs), there will be PVP to earn the right to kill raiders and loot the whole map. You need keys that cost several million rubles! Find out in this guide how to buy rubles on EFT.
The map is a pain to understand for the first 20-25 games, but then you start to get the hang of it. But I had to watch a lot of streams to understand the different hotspots and lines to take (and I'm still bad at it).

If you have a LABS key, you can go offline on it and practice killing Raiders.
Ground Zero card on Escape From Tarkov (EFT)
The card is available only for those between level 1 and level 20. It's on this map that you'll find the first new quests, based on "finding three healing items" or two rolls of toilet paper. The Point Zero map resembles a small portion of Streets of Tarkov, but with skyscrapers in which only a floor or two seems visitable. These are the story areas to explore in Escape from Tarkov!
