First of all, you need to update folder color in question, i.e. saturation, using the various color selection tools. Here's how to do it:
- Make a right-click on the folder in question ;
- Then click on obtain information ;
- Then, click on the folder icon, not the previewThis is located inside the folder information pop-up window;
- Then go to Edit menu and select Copy ;
- Click on Text Overview which is in the Spotlight Search, then you will see a folder window for a preview;
- Click on File menuthen on select New in the clipboard;
- Go to Tools, then select Adjust color ;
- Later, you will see the color selector;
- You can now select the desired color in the color selector;
- Now, fClose the color selector toolsand go to the Edit menu and select the Select all options ;
- Click again on Edition ;
- Select option Copy and reduce preview window ;
- Move back to information pop-up window on the folder ;
- Click on the file and not the preview again, inside the folder information pop-up window;
- Go to the Edition ;
- Then click on paste ;
- Once you've completed all these steps, the new color will be applied immediately to your file.
