To Hide the game you're playing on Discord, go to User Settings > Activity Privacy and turns off the option to display your activity status.
Your friends and the members of your servers will no longer be able to see what you're playing. You can also turn this off activity sharing server by server, or delete your game history from your profile.

1. Turn off your activity status to hide the games you're playing on Discord
By default, Discord uses the system Rich Presence to detect the game you're launching and display it as status message under your name.
This status is visible to your friends and members of your servers. To turn everything off at once, you need to disable the activity status in the privacy settings.
The steps below apply to the’application Discord just like on the web version.
- In the lower left corner, next to your username, click on the gear wheel to open the settings.
- In the menu on the left, scroll down to the section Activity Settings, then select Confidentiality of activities.
- Turns off the option Display the current activity as a status message. The button then changes to Disabled.
It's all taken care of: your friends won't see any more gaming activity in your status. This setting is enabled by default, so it's really up to you to turn it off manually.

2. Disable activity sharing on certain servers only
Would you rather keep a low profile on a specific server without shutting everything down everywhere? Discord allows you to manage the server-by-server activity sharing. In the section Confidentiality of activities, there are two settings waiting for you.
- Automatically share my activity when I join a server : Turn this button off so that your activity isn't automatically visible on new servers you join. Members of those servers won't see anything.
- My servers : This list lets you turn off game sharing server by server, for each of the servers you've joined. Members of each server will no longer be able to see your activity once sharing is turned off.
Two important points to keep in mind before confirming your settings:
- This setting does not delete your Overall Activity Status. It only affects the servers in question. Be sure to check each server individually.
- If you disable sharing on a server but are friends with members on that server, those friends will still be able to see the games you're playing on your profile. To block everything, you'll need to completely turn off your activity status through the settings in Confidentiality of activities (Method 1 above).

3. Deleting recent activity history on Discord
Even without turning off your active status, you can hide the games you've played by clearing the game history from your profile. This action simply removes the recent activities visible to your friends on your profile.
It does not permanently delete the data on the Discord.
- Click on your profile to open the user menu, then press your avatar to view your full profile.
- In the tab Activity, you'll see the games you've played. Click on the three dots to the right of the activity, then select Clear game history.
- Confirm the action by pressing Wipe off.
You can repeat the process game by game to clear each entry in your profile. Discord doesn't offer a single button to clear everything at once: you have to go through each activity on the list, one by one.
You now control the three methods Available: Masking server by server, complete deactivation via the privacy settings, and removal of the’game history from your profile.
