Progress in line with side quests in Poppy until the new location appears on your card. It is this progression that makes the trunk achievable.
If a closed door blocks your path, try Alohomora to pick the lock.
Make sure your level of’Alohomora is enough for even the strongest locks, because some collector's boxes are secured behind Level 2 or 3 locks.
