What is a Mondial Relay?
The Mondial Relay is a delivery service that has a secure online payment. What differentiates this delivery service to others is that it receives and sends packages from 8,500 relay points between Corsica and France, within a minimum of 5 days. Please note that delivery times are always on working days. The operation of the service is simple: once you accept the availability, you will receive a prepaid slip by email. You must therefore print and stick this slip on the package. Drop off the package at the relay points indicated. There are still conditions to take into account if you choose the Mondial Relay service:
- First, the weight of the package is 30 kg maximum, including packaging;
- The delivery time is 72 hours, beyond this time, the transaction will be refused;
- The QR code is not available for transactions with Le Bon Coin;
- The sale of product must not exceed 400 € for Mondial Relay;
- The length, width and height of the article must be 150 cm max;
- Other repatriation costs are the responsibility of the buyers.
How to create a label in Mondial Relay?
The advantage of having a Mondial Relay label is that you can obtain it for free at all Mondial Relay relay points. To get your label, go to your Profile then the “My parcels” tab. Download the label to be able to print it. You must also stick the latter on your parcels as proof.
How to print the Mondial Relay label?
Once downloaded, you must print the slip. If you have a printer, log into your account via your phone or computer. Next :
- Open the document containing the downloaded file;
- Go to file;
- Then click Print.
If you do not have a printer at home, go to places that specialize in printing to print your slip.
