Masashi Kishimoto: the Japanese screenwriter who created Naruto
Masashi kishimoto is a mangaka. He is a Japanese scriptwriter who was born on November 8, 1974 in Nagi, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. The author is famous for his manga "Naruto", which he created in 1999. This manga has a total of 700 chapters collected in 72 volumes. At the age of just 20, Masashi Kishimoto received the hope step prize, awarded by shueisha to young authors with a promising future, for his short story called Karakuri.

Masashi Kishimoto published Naruto in the weekly magazine Weekly Shonen Jump from publisher Sheisha from September 1999 to November 2014. The French version of this manga was published by Kana between March 2002 and November 2016. Following the manga's success, an anime adaptation was produced by Pierret and Aniplet studios. It has been broadcast on TV Tokyo since October 3, 2002. The second anime adaptation was renamed Naruto Shippudden.
Since the January 2, 2006this anime has been published in France on Game One, NT1 and Cartoon Network. Moreover, the episodes of this series are offered in their original version with French subtitles. From 2019, Naruto will be available on Netflix and Anime Digital Network.
What is this manga about?
This is the story of a young boy living in the village of Konoha called Naruto. A mischievous little boy who holds within him Kyuubithe great 9-tailed fox with incredible strength. This aroused the villagers' fear and contempt for the little boy. So, to get himself noticed, Naruto did all sorts of stupid things.
