With update 8.30.0, we're adding new progression missions, new zone bonuses to the Great Hall, a battle counter in Classic Arena, as well as champion rebalancing and much more! Find out all the details below.
New progress missions
We're adding new progression missions to reflect all the incredible content we've added to the game over the past year.
There are 180 new missions to come, focusing on Difficult Mode Dungeons, Live Arena, Cursed City, and more! You'll be able to earn rewards for each mission completed, with major rewards after completing 60, 120, and all 180 missions. By completing all these new missions, you'll get a new free legendary Void Champion:

Note: You can complete the Ramantu and Marius missions simultaneously, but only after you've completed all the Arbiter missions.
New zone bonuses
We've extended the zone bonus feature to the Great Hall! Now you can also get stat boosts in Faction Wars, the Doom tower, the Iron Twins Fort, the Sand Demon Necropolis, the Ghost Shogun Wood and the Cursed City.
Battle counter
We're adding a battle counter to Classic Arena. It will show you how many attack battles you need to complete to stay in your current Arena Tier after the end of the ranking period.
Note: Remaining in the Platinum Tier requires Arena Points and is therefore not dependent on the number of battles initiated.
Inbox sorting
We're also adding a new sorting option to the inbox. Now you can sort items by the date they were received, or by their expiry date.
Renaming the Rathalos set
We've renamed and redesigned the Rathalos set to the Slayer set, and the Rathalos Material to Slayer Scales, following the end of our collaboration with the Monster Hunter franchise. Any existing equipment or materials will be converted, and any resources converted from the collaboration will be compatible with the newly-named resources. The balance of the equipment set will remain the same.

Old version: Attack an enemy twice. Before attacking, place a buff of[ATK Increase] of 50% for 2 turns if the target has a [Shield]. Will ignore 25% of the target's Defense if the target has a [Shield].
Places a buff [Perfect Veil] of 2 turns on this champion if this attack kills an enemy.
Fills this champion's Turn meter with 30% if this attack does not kill the target.
New version: Attack an enemy twice. Before attacking, place a buff of[ATK Increase] of 50% for 2 turns. Ignores 25% of the target's Defense
Also places a [Perfect Veil] of 2 turns on this champion.
Then fill this champion's 30% tower gauge.
