How to recover Facebook account without email?

Facebook is part of one of the social networks belonging to the Meta group created in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg, it is quickly becoming an essential tool for promoting company products. On the other hand, young people use Facebook to find new friends or keep in touch with old ones. With Facebook's sharing feature, parents sign up primarily to get real-time political and social information. Facebook has therefore become an essential tool for businesses, customers, parents and teenagers. Therefore, in the event that a person fails to open his account, the panic begins to mount quickly. Fortunately, even if you don't have a recovery email, recovering an account is still possible.

Recovery using a phone number

In case you have lost access to your Facebook account, Marck Zuckerberg has already thought of several alternatives. The most common method is recovery from an email address. However, if you don't have one or if you don't remember the code, you can reset using a phone number. But be careful, for this you would have to have already given your telephone number to Facebook. If so, all you have to do is:

• First, you need to access facebook.com,
• Once the connection tab opens, you must insert your registration details on "mobile number or e-mail".
• Then, instead of inserting your password, choose "Forgot your password?" » which is just below « connect »,
• Then choose the option "try another way" which is found at the bottom of "connection".
• Then, click successively on the button located to the right of your screen, the option “send the code by text message (your number)” and “Continue”.
• When you receive the code, you must insert it on the bar below "enter the Facebook code" before clicking on "Continue".

Alternate Method of Facebook Account Recovery

In case your account has been hacked (to read also: how to hack a Facebook account ?) and the criminal has already managed to delete all your details, you have only one last option. It should be noted, however, that the latter requires great patience on your part. The method consists of filling out the connection problem report form. In particular, you will need to know the URL of your profile and to have a new email address so that Facebook can contact you afterwards. For a satisfactory result, you must use a copy of your passport or identity document. And if possible, the procedure should be done with the computer to which you usually connect. To do:

• You must enter the following URL on your browser: "facebook.com/public/your_name"
• A tab where people with the same name as you will open as a result in a list.
• After clicking on your profile, copy the URL from there.
• After copying your URL, you are requested to access the “Facebook Help Page”.
• Once inside, you must fill out the "form" with your new e-mail address, and the description of your connection problem. Don't forget to insert a copy of your identity document by clicking on “Select. Files".
• Finally click on “Send”.

After receiving your issue, Facebook Support Services will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible. However, in the meantime, we advise you to open another Facebook account if you feel like it.
