Let's play is the story of Samara Younga young single woman who dreams of creating video games. She succeeded in releasing her first work. This French webtoon is of American origin (released in 2017). It is Leeanne M. Krecic who produced the drawings and screenplay. It became a bestseller and was even nominated for the Eisner Awards (2019) and the Ringo Awards (2021). The Webtoon website then adapted it into French. The VF version has been available since 2019 and includes 180 chapters. For the moment, the sequel is on hold. So there could be additional chapters.
TOP N°3 - Castle Swimmer
Castle Swimmer tells the story of two sea creatures. On one side there's Kappaconsidered by his people as the beacon born to guide and lead towards a better future. On the other side, there is Sirenthe prince of sharks. His destiny is to kill Kappa to break a curse that has hung over his people for hundreds of years. When the two meet, instead of killing each other, they form a bond that leads to a romance no one could have predicted.
Like Let's play, it's a webtoon originating in the United States. It was released in 2019, adapted into French the same year, and bears the signature of Wendy Lian Martin (scriptwriter and illustrator). The webtoon currently comprises 155 chapters. The sequel is pending.
TOP N°4 - The doctors are out
This is the story of Dr. Matias Guevara (doctor) and Dr. Fernando Guevara (veterinarian). Dr. Fernando Guevara has set up his clinic right next door to that of Dr. Matias Guevara. Their names are almost identical, as are their professions. They've become rivals, bickering about everything. In the end, will they be able to get along, or even form a more intimate bond, or will they remain rivals?
This French webtoon comes to us from the Philippines. It was created by Blau (author and illustrator). The VO, released in 2018, has 97 chapters so far (in progress). The VF is a little behind, with 51 chapters in progress.

For his studies, Leon has to move to Paris. He finds this painful, especially as he'll be living in the suburbs where he doesn't know a soul.
